Wild for Wildlife in the Garden!

Come to the enchanting garden of Maria Daddino in East Quogue, to learn how to create native wildlife habitats in your garden! Maria's native and natural wildlife garden is certified by the National Wildlife Federation as a backyard wildlife habitat and is also certified by Monarch Watch as a monarch way-station. Join Marisa Nelson, Program Director at the Quogue Wildlife Refuge, Suzanne Ruggles, The Barefoot Gardener, and Maria in a lively discussion of how to attract and coexist peacefully with wildlife. You will enjoy seeing wildlife up close and personal, including birds of prey from the QWR. Learn all about the unique needs of different wildlife species, as well as how you can provide a safe and beautiful garden habitat to share with our "wild-friends!"
