Hampton Bays Man Claims Group with Justin Bieber Assaulted Him

The victim said he thew a rock at Bieber's car after Bieber ripped off his shirt and screamed at him inside the club.

A Hampton Bays man told Southampton Town police on Sunday that a group with pop superstar Justin Bieber beat him up outside of a Southampton nightclub, following an altercation inside.

The alleged victim told police that eight to 10 men attacked him after he threw a rock at their car outside of the South Pointe club in Southampton early on Sunday morning.

According to the police report, the altercation stemmed from an incident inside the club earlier, during which Bieber reportedly ripped off his shirt.

The New York Daily News reported that 19-year-old Bieber was in the VIP section of the club, surrounded by bodyguards, when a man started screaming at him. One witness told The Daily News that they saw blood on the shirtless teen as he was led out of the Tuckahoe Lane club by one of his bodyguards.

TMZ.com reported that Bieber and the man had it out after the fan's friend tried to talk to Bieber and was sent away.

The second incident later took place, at around 4 a.m., according to Southampton Town police report. The alleged victim said he suffered injuries.

Police are investigating.

The Sunday melee is the latest in a series of incidents involving Bieber.

Among them, in May, Calabasas Patch reported that the young singer was accused of spitting on and threatening his neighbor while on break from a tour.
