Open Sunrise Yoga at The East Quogue Park!

Blessings Everyone!

We will be hosting an Open Sunrise Yoga Gathering on Tuesday, June 4th from 7:00-8:15am in The East Quogue Park! 
(Montauk Highway & Lewis Road, East Quogue, NY 11942).

The class will be a little over an hour and is By Donation... 
We practice outside, barefoot and connected to our Mother Earth, Open to anyone & everyone, Welcoming all shapes, sizes & ages!
