Another East End Carriage House is Transformed!

Posted 08:37 PM May 21, 2013 My passion for restoration is in full swing! I am currently transforming an 1800 Carriage House in Water Mill, N.Y. This small home has been moved off its foundation and a new 10' foot basement was poured. The house is now sitting on the new foundation and framing and roofing is underway. A new front entrance and an addition will add to the design and add additional living space. All new Marvin windows and hardwood floors will surely add richness and warmth. A new kitchen with state of the art fixtures and a new freestanding staircase will bring a modern aesthetic to blend with the original feel of the home. A second story addition will add a master suite overlooking the gardens and pool. The new basement will bring the homeowners passion for golf inside. A new golf simulator will be the centerpiece of the new finished space. There is something so satisfying about restoring a historic home and bringing it back to life! To see the finished product on such a project is what drives me. I am able to troubleshoot and design as I go. The challenge of this type of home renovation is what I enjoy, implementing my craft in so many diverse ways. My company is a full service home improvement and custom home building business. I will remodel your small bathroom, renovate your entire home or build your new dream home.
