Now Open: Moe's in Hampton Bays

The Hampton Bays location is the first on Eastern Long Island

Moe's Southwest Grill in Hampton Bays is now open.

The chain restaurant, which boasts six locations on Long Island, officially opened in the Tiana Shopping Center on West Montauk Highway on Thursday.

The Hampton Bays location is the first on Eastern Long Island and is run by franchise owners Guy and Liz Constantopoulo, who are Hampton Bays residents.

Guy and Liz, who have been married for 30 years, also run the Rocky Point Point Moe's, which opened in June 2012. In addition, they own three 7-Eleven convenience stores in the area.

The new 2,700 square-foot Moe’s restaurant, which seats 60 guests, features four flat-screen TVs and dishes including, the Homewrecker burrito, Close Talker salad and John Coctostan quesadilla, which are served with free chips and salsa.

Opening weekend, the location will feature many giveaways.

Moe's is open Monday through Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.; Friday and Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and on Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
