Local Teens Nominated For Teeny Awards

Aspiring young stars will be honored for their theatrical talents at the Teenys.

It's that time of year again — when young, aspiring stars are honored for their theatrical talents at the Teeny Awards. Locally, 7 students from Hampton Bays and Westhampton Beach were nominated.

This year, the 11th Annual Teeny Awards will be held on Sunday, June 9, at the Southold Junior-Senior High School.

The ceremony will be open to the public and hosted by Bonnie Grice.

And the local nominees are:

Lead Actor in a Comedy

  • Chris Durst, Westhampton Beach, Arsenic and Old Lace
Lead Actress in a Comedy
  • Rachel Rienecker, Westhampton Beach, Arsenic and Old Lace
Supporting Actor in a Comedy

  • Jack Vicari, Westhampton Beach, Arsenic and Old Lace
Musical
  • Francesco Logozzo, Westhampton Beach, Footloose
Lead Actress in a Musical
  • Doree Primavera, Hampton Bays, Annie Get Your Gun
Supporting Actress in a Musical
  • Lily Spellman, Hampton Bays, Annie Get Your Gun
Outstanding Performance
  • Tye Granger, Westhampton Beach, Arsenic and Old Lace
Stage Manager Recognition
