Jen Kessenich wants you to feel better. Be it through Reiki, yoga, meditation, breath work, boot camps, spin classes or learning about using clean and safe personal care products. Jen is a Reiki Master, Yoga teacher, a golf fitness and group class fitness instructor. Last year she added Director for a company called Beautycounter, a company that is dedicated to getting clean and safe personal care products into the hands of everyone.
