Villa Paul Restaurant

Villa Paul Restaurant, offering Italian specialties and seafood, has been situated in the same Main Street locale since the mid-1960s. Managed now by three generations of the Pensa family, the Italian eatery is a mainstay of the Hampton Bays restaurant scene. Villa Paul's quaint atmosphere makes its customers feel as though they're at home, right down to the warm main dining room (with wood moldings and a fireplace) and a sun porch decorated with lace curtains. Some of the staff have been working there for decades and know all the regulars by name.
