Quogue Village Justice Court

The Quogue Village Justice Court handles criminal, traffic and village matters as well as civil and small claims proceedings. Arraignments, trials and special proceedings are scheduled as needed. The Court is presided over by Honorable Kittric Motz, Village Justice and Gair Betts, Acting Justice. The Court is adjacent to the Quogue Community Hall and the courtroom entrance is around the corner on the north side of the building. Visa and Mastercard are accepted for payments of fines.
