East End Hospice

East End Hospice provides such services for terminally ill patients, their families and loved ones as short-term hospital stays, respite and pastoral care, and bereavement counseling. Medication for pain, physical, speech and occupational therapy, medical equipment supply, skilled nursing care and volunteer home visits and meal preparation are also offered. East End is a New York State-certified hospice.
