It’s Labor Day Weekend, the final weekend of the Hamptons summer 2013. If you're looking for something to do, you've come to the right place. Westhampton

Festival of the Arts. This entire Labor Day weekend Aug. 31-Sep. 1 the fine art festival returns to Westhampton Beach with another cast of spectacular artists and artwork.  Held on the Great Lawn across from St. Marks Church at the corner of Main Street and Potunk Lane.

Summer Vibration: Drumming & Dancing. Join teachers, Christopher Tompkins, MTS, MA, PhD track (2013) & Colleen Lila Breeckner, eRYT 500, for a deepening practice through the radically transformative teachings of the reknown Tantrik revelation, the 'Stanzas on Vibration' (Spanda Kārikās). Hampton Bays

Home Canning Workshop. Learn how to can and preserve your own vegetables and fruits at the Sweet Woodland Farm, 45 Old Squires Road. The class begins at 1 p.m. Cost $20.

Kids Pizza Party. You've been asking for it, the Pizza Party has returned to the Hampton Art Space at 21 West Montauk Highway at 6:30 p.m. Drop-off the kids for some fun. They’ll serve them pizza and paint some pottery.  

Manorville

Grand Opening: Hurricane Grill and Wings. Continuing its multi-day celebration, the Hurricane Grill and Wings on Manorville Commons is holding a grand opening event on Saturday at 11 a.m. Game Truck, Face Painting, Giveaways. Food and Drink Specials. Call for details. 281-WING (9464).

Southampton

Jewelry Making Classes. Students will learn the basics of jewelry making, from sculpting wax and soldering to setting stones and polishing, over an eight-week course. Held at the Pelletreau Silver Shop, 80 Main Street, Southampton Village.

Book Signing. The bestselling book, Houses of the Hamptons, 1880-1930, by Gary Lawrance & Anne Surchin, has been revised with four new chapters. Signing taking place on Friday at 5:30 p.m. at Anne Madonia Antiques, 36 Jobs Lane.

Comedy Show. Friday at 6:30 p.m. with Burger Theater, featuring stand-up comedian Bryson Turner; hosted by Our Fabulous Variety Show (OFVS). 230 Elm Street. Cost: $20 in advance; $25 at the door.

Back To School Glow Party. Back-to-School party on Friday at 7 p.m.: DJ, Food, Games and Fun. All are welcome. Hamptons United Methodist Church, 160 Main Street. Free event.

End of Summer Bash.  A fundraiser for Shinnecock Elder Geraldine Bullock. The Warehouse behind Shinnecock Indian Outpost, Southampton. Cost: $25 admission includes food, DJ music, and open bar till 1 a.m. Age 21 and over.

Water Mill

Hendrik Meurkins: Jazz. The final installment of Jazz en Plein Air, featuring Hendrik Meurkens Samba Jazz Quartet. The Quartet includes Hendrik on vibes and harmonica, Antonio Adolfo on piano, Gustavo Amarante on bass, and Adriano Santos on drums. Friday at 5 p.m. Parrish Art Museum, 279 Montauk Highway. Cost $10; free for members and children. Bring a blanket and chairs.

Bridgehampton

Hampton Classic Horse Show. Something for everyone this entire weekend, beginning Friday, August 30. Kids entertainment, a petting zoo and much more. East Hampton

Film Screening. On Friday at 8 p.m. join host Alec Baldwin and a mystery host for the SummerDocs series with “The Short Game,” a documentary about youngsters competing in a North Carolina golf tournament. There will be a Q & A with Baldwin and the guest host to follow. Guild Hall, 158 Main Street. Cost: $22 reserved seating; $20 for members.

Film Screening: The Great Gatsby. Head over to the East Hampton Public Library on Saturday at 1 p.m. for a free screening of “The Great Gatsby,” starring Leonardo DiCaprio. 159 Main Street, East Hampton.

Fireworks. Head over to Main Beach in East Hampton on Saturday at 8:30 p.m. for a free fireworks show. The show is brought to you by the East Hampton Fire Department. In case of rain, the show will take place on Sunday.

Riverhead

Dueling Pianos. Pianists Michael and Amy's music and clean comedy dueling pianos show is a "feel--good--fun--entertainment--experience" for audiences of all ages. Performing on Friday, at the Suffolk Theater, 118 East Main Street, at 9 p.m. Cost: $20 in advance; $25 at the box office.

Broadway Tonight. Head over to the Suffolk Theater, 118 East Main Street on Saturday at 8 p.m. for a show that features show tunes, show tunes and more show tunes. Cost: $70 for dinner seating; $30 for just the show, if booked in advance; $35 for show tickets at box office.

Vine & Canines Walk. Head over to Martha Clara’s Vineyard on Monday at 10 a.m. for an educational tour of the vineyard you can take along with your dog. 6025 Sound Avenue, Riverhead. Free event.

Family Fun Day.  Afternoon on Labor Day from 1pm - 5pm. There will be Music by the Wonderama Band, games, food, a raffle for a girls and boys’ 20" bicycle. Living Water Church, 24 Shade Tree Lane, Riverhead. Free event.

Peconic

Happy Hour Mambo Loco. On Friday, enjoy live music in the tasting room by Mambo Loco from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. and half priced glasses of wine during happy hour from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Raphael Vineyard & Winery, 39390 Main Road, Peconic. Free admission.  

Cutchogue

Live Music. Music by Jay Scott on Sunday at 2 p.m. Coffee Pot Cellars, 31855 Main Road. Free event. Bring a blanket or garden chairs, pack a picnic lunch and unwind with a glass of wine.

Southold

Harvest of the Arts. Art show and sale, poetry readings, ect. Going on all weekend, beginning Friday at 10 a.m. First Universalist Church, Main Road, Southold. Free event.

Jamesport

The Opera Babes. If you missed them at Sparkling Pointe, or Castello di Borghese, now's your chance to see this great, operatic duo. The girls will be performing Classical hits, Jazz standards and more. Diliberto Vineyard & Winery, 250 Manor Lane. Cost: $35 in advance. $40 at the door.

Greenport
