Had my first experience at Sydney's Taylor Made Cuisine today, shortly after entering the establishment I was unwillingly exposed to the owner of the establishment screaming at her employee for a mistake he had made. I felt that the way the owner handled the situation was completely unprofessional and was put off immediately by such an open display of poor management skills and verbal abuse. The owner was going on and on and would not stop, she kept yelling "YOU DON'T LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMERS YOU LISTEN TO ME, WHO PAYS YOU?". On top of her outrageous temperament she was openly, during business hours paying one of her employees in cash directly from the register....
i will NEVER return.
