Live-brary Lovers New Quarterly Online Book Discussion

Suffolk County Public Libraries' Live-brary.com launches a new quarterly online book discussion.

Live-brary.com, the Suffolk County Public Libraries’ digital branch, is launching a new quarterly online book discussion that you can participate in via Facebook, Twitter, Goodreads and Bookshout.   The inaugural book discussion, to be held on Wednesday, March 6, 2013, will center on the New York Times bestseller Gone Girl, a mystery/thriller by Gillian Flynn, one of the most critically acclaimed suspense writers of our time.

Marriage can be a real killer, and the author takes this statement to its darkest place in this masterpiece about a marriage gone terribly, terribly wrong.  The Chicago Tribune proclaimed that Flynn’s work “draws you in and keeps you reading with the force of a pure but nasty addiction.”  Gone Girl’s toxic mix of sharp-edged wit and deliciously chilling prose creates a nerve-fraying thriller that confounds you at every turn.

Join the discussion on our Facebook page by following us on Twitter, on Bookshout or by joining our online discussion group “Live-brary Lovers Book Discussion” on Goodreads.com.  The link to the Goodreads group is http://bit.ly/Z0cLZH
