Unable to find eBooks in Spanish, Chinese, Russian or other languages at your local bookstore or library? Suffolk County Public Libraries now have foreign language titles available to download to your computer or eReader at no cost from Live-brary.com.
Live-brary also lets you request a title not in the collection.
“We are always interested in obtaining feedback from our patrons,” said Suffolk Cooperative Library System Director Kevin Verbesey. “This is a great opportunity to make your voice heard and play a significant role in building your local library’s eBook collection.”
To access foreign language eBooks online, just go to http://live-brary.com and click on Free Downloads. Click on View More to see the entire foreign language eBook collection! If you can’t find a book in a language that you want, click on Additional Titles and search your title. If it is available, click “recommend”, and Live-brary.com will purchase the title and let you know when it is available for you to check out.
