Hurricanes Hope To Even Record For Season

Westhampton Beach football team faces a tough challenge in Hauppauge this Friday night.

The Westhampton Beach varsity football team's playoff hopes took a setback last week when they lost to the undefeated Miller Place Panthers. Now the 'Canes look to finish the season at .500 if they can beat a very tough 6-1 Hauppauge team.

It's an off year for the Hurricanes who went all the way to the Suffolk County Championship last year.

How do you think the season will shake down? Think they'll get to .500? Share your thoughts on our open blog "Go Westhampton-Hampton Bays!"
