Quogue Wildlife Refuge Receives Half of Ticket Sales at Hoftra Basketball's Opening Game

Basketball and the refuge center, what could be better?

Quogue Wildlife Refuge will receive 50 percent of tickets sales from Hofstra University’s Men’s Opening Season Basketball Game.

Tickets can be obtained in person at the refuge center or on the web at GoHofstra.com with coupon code "QWR."

The Hofstra Athletics Department began partnering with a number of non-profit organizations, as a way to help promote various causes. The refuge will also participate in an official “game ball” presentation, have an information table set up in the lobby before, during and after the game, and have a Public Service Announcement about the Refuge, aired during half-time.
