Join us Friday nights for an Ashtanga-Inspired Vinyasa Yoga class from 6PM to 7:30PM. This class is open to all levels, but will be fairly challenging (with modifications given to those who need less or more challenge). In this class we will connect our breath and movements. We will explore standing postures, balancing postures, seated postures, twists, hip openers, and other postures that help you balance your whole body and mind, resulting in an experience that leaves you feeling energized and renewed.
This class is taught by Ethan Sisser, Certified Yoga Instructor, and Certified Thai Yoga Bodywork Therapist.
In each class you can expect expert hands-on adjustments, thai massage, and support!
