With all districts facing budget constraints, what programs are essential?
It's school budget season, and the Hampton Bays, Westhampton Beach, Quogue and East Quogue School Districts are beginning to wrestle with the looming two percent tax cap levy, state mandates and the possibility of cuts to programs.
