Students In The News: Elementary Kids Awarded As Part of Diversity Recognition Project

A look at the achievements of area students.

Recently some 12 students were awarded for participating in the school district's creative arts contest, which, this year, focused on diversity.

The students were also asked to explain what diversity means to them through art, photography and literature.
