Photo of the Day: Hampton Bays Gets Legislative Proclamation
The Hampton Bays School District was honored during the 8th annual community summit.
On May 10, the Hampton Bays School District hosted the 8th annual Community Summit in which over 60 leaders from Hampton Bays and the East End Community were invited to speak about the state of area schools.
During the event, New York State Assemblyman Fred Thiele presented Clemensen, a proclamation honoring the for their recent designation as a by the United States Department of Education.
The Hampton Bays Middle School received the designation in late April.
