Earth Yoga With Amy Hess

Wednesdays in September, October, & November at 9:00 AM

Connect with the Earth and connect with yourself -- mind, body and spirit -- during a one-hour yoga class in the Main Room of the Nature Center.  This is a Gentle Yoga Program for all fitness levels, and will be taught by Amy Hess, a certified yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance. Students must bring their own mats.  4-week program is $32.00 per person; Walk-in fee is $12.00. Please note there will not be a class on September 5th or  October 24th.  Payment and pre-registration recommended.
