Real Estate Agents Offering Free Flyovers for Wealthy Clients

Agents offer an aerial view of luxury estates to set themselves apart from other real estate professionals.

When you have tens of millions of dollars to spend on a new home, it's not hard to get Hamptons real estate agents' attention — but what are those agents doing to get your attention?

The New York Times recently spoke with two agents who sweeten the pot for propective buyers by offering flyovers of properties they are interested in buying.

However, many buyers reportedly turn down the flights, preferring to find an aerial view on the Internet rather than seeing it for themselves. But those that do take the flights, are often impressed.
