Election Day has arrived and Westhampton-Hampton Bays Patch is here to bring you the information you need about every race. Here's our rundown on the candidates and issues. 

For the 2012 Elections, voters in the Westhampton-Hampton Bays Area will be deciding races on the state and federal level. Perhaps the hottest matchup, aside from the presidential race, is First Congressional District rematch between Rep. Tim Bishop, D-Southampton, and Republican and St. James businessman Randy Altschuler. On the state level. The state Senate race between incumbent Sen. Kenneth LaValle and Southampton Councilwoman Bridget Fleming is also an active one.
