Ed Warner is looking to continue his work with the town trustees.

Ed Warner Jr., 52, has served on the Southampton Trustees since 2006 when he won a special election. He holds a degree in marine technology from Suffolk County Community College.

Warner, who is a life-long resident of Hampton Bays, is a commercial bayman, who has taught his son the trade.  He is a member of the New York Seafood Council and the New York State Shellfish Advisory Committee.  He is also a former Little League coach.

Warner's name will appear on the ballot under the Republican, Conservative and Independence party lines.

Warner in his own words:

I’m running for trustee to ensure that the way of live that people have been assured for 350 years goes forward, their access to beaches and bays and the sustainability of fishing stocks. I want to make sure the environmental is kept sustainable.
