Pell in his own words:

I enjoy helping the environment and I think we should work to salvage what is left for the future of the town people and the kids. I enjoy my job and find it challenging.  I would like to continue to serve to work on projects including road run-off, sewers, beach access and the Cold Spring Park Preserve education Center, which is being funded through donations.
