    Proposal Four: An amendment settling disputed title in the Forest Preserve.

    Proposal Five: An amendment in relation to land exchange in the State Forest Preserve with NYCO Minerals, Inc.

    Proposal Six: An amendment increasing age until which certain state judges can serve.

    Proposal Seven: Proposition: Shall resolution No. 812-2011, as amended by Resolution No. 217-2012, Adopting a charter law to authorize use of development rights for municipal emergency, fire and public safety corporations and library districts be approved?

    Proposal Eight: A proposition. Shall a Local Law entitled, "A Local Law authorizing the extinguishment of a portion of a scenic and slope conservation easement totaling approximately 5,692 square feet on lot #84 of the subdivision map known as 'the pines, east parcel,' East Quogue in exchange for the encumbrance of approximately 6,050 square feet elsewhere on lot #84' be approved?
