have charged a Westhampton man under Leandra's Law after they pulled him over on Tuesday night and found that he had been drinking with a child in the car.
Police say they charged Charles Kraft, 48, of Westhampton with aggravated DWI, a felony as well as DWI, a misdemeanor.
