Westhampton Beach Police Log: Two Nabbed for DWI

• On Jan. 4 at 10:09 p.m. Westhampton Beach police charged Gustavo A Ortiz-Rosales, 25 of Westhampton, with DWI.
Westhampton Beach police say they pulled Ortiz-Rosales over after he honked his horn at them and screeched his wheels and begain swearving along Montauk Highway near Beach Road.
Upon pulling Ortiz-Rosales over, officers found that he was intoxicated. He was charged with a DWI.

• Marilyn Albrecht, 44, of East Moriches was charged with a DWI On Jan. 6 after police say she failed to signal at a light on Old Riverhead Road. Police pulled her over and upon investigation, found she had been drinking.
