Westhampton Beach arrest reports through Nov. 7.

Editor’s Note: The following information was supplied by the Westhampton Beach Village Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation and does not indicate guilt.

Westhampton Beach Police said they charged a 42-year-old Calverton man with petit larceny, a misdemeanor and harassment, a violation, on Nov. 1 after the man allegedly stole cheese and threatened a clerk at 7-11 on Sunset Avenue.

Police say Albert Mack opened a pack of Kraft singles and concealed several slices in his jacket. When quested by the clerk, Mack jumped over the counter and attempted to attack the clerk.
