Westhampton Beach Police Log: DWIs and Charges Filed in June Car Crash

On July 14 at 10:50 p.m. Westhampton Beach Police charged Ezequeiel Top-Borrayo, 30, of Hampton Bays with felony DWI. Police say Top-Borrayo was involved in a minor car accident on Montauk Highway. Police also charged Top-Borrayo with felony aggravated unlicensed. Police say he had a prior DWI and his car was seized under the Suffolk County DWI seizure law. 

Top-Borrayo's passenger, Israel Caal Teteu, 34, of Westhampton was also charged during the incident. Police say he attempted to leave the scene of the accident and was charged with obstructing governmental administration.

On July 15, police charged Tara Zarcone, 44, of Center Moriches with DWI after she was stopped for excessive speed while heading east on Main Street.  Police say she was held overnight and is due in court on August 1. 

Also this week, police filed a misdemeanor DWI charge against Pasquale Decicco Jr., 32, of Shirley, who was involved in an accident on Old Riverhead Road on June 27. Police say a toxicology report came back indicating that Decicco had been drinking.
