Jose Tecumlindo, 39, undomiciled, was charged on June 7 at 4:05 .m. with criminal trespassing in the second degree. According to police, a homeowner at 195 Sunset Avenue arrived home to find Tecumlindo in her living room, highly intoxicated. Police say Tecumlindo was also charged with criminal impersonation after police learned he provided a false name.
Jordan Barrow-Caccavalla, 18, of Speonk, was charged on June 10 9:31 p.m. with DWI, a misdemeanor. According to Police, Barrow-Caccavalla was stopped on on South Road at School Street for failing to stop at a stop sign. Police say he failed a field sobriety test and had in his possession an open container of Budweiser, as well as a marijuana and a bong. He was additionally charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and given an open container ticket.

Police say they charged Zev Sonneborn-Turetsky, 21 of Westhampton Beach, on June 15 at 3:23 a.m. with DWI, a misdemeanor. Police say Sonneborn-Turetsky was stopped for speeding on Old Riverhead Road. He was additionally charged with aggravated unlicensed, a misdemeanor and given tickets for speeding and having an open container of Smirnoff Vodka.
Jennifer Dellisanti, 23, of East Northport, was charged by police with DWI, a misdemeanor and criminal possession of control substance, also misdemeanor, on June 16 at 7:45 p.m. Police say they pulled her over on Dune Road after they spotted her following another vechicle too closely. Police say she failed a field sobriety test and her vehicle was impounded. Upon a search of her car, police say they found Ziplock bags filled with an off-white crystal-like substance, which tested positive for methamphetamine. Police are awaiting results from Suffolk county crime lab.
