Police received an anonymous complaint about loud music at the Mill Road Mexican restaurant Sunday at around 12:53 a.m. Officers asked owner and manager Al Geldmacher to lower the music, coming from a band.

The music was still too loud – above the village noise ordinance – when police listened again at around 1:18 a.m., Lieutenant Trevor Gonce said.
