Village Police: East Moriches Woman Found with Marijuana

The following information was supplied by the Quogue Village Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation and does not indicate guilt.

Donna Posner, 55, of East Moriches, was arrested Dec. 11 at 11:23 a.m. on Box Tree Road in Quogue and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.
