Southampton police arrests through July 15.

Editor's Note: The following information was provided by the Southampton Town Police Department. A criminal charge is an accusation and does not imply a conviction.

• Lester Pettaway, 21, of Southampton, and Matthew Caiaccia, 30, were both arrested on Thursday and charged with first-degree robbery and second-degree assault, both felonies. According to police, the duo repeatedly punched a man on 33 Good Ground Rd. in Hampton Bays around 4:20 a.m., then stole $60 from him.

A Shirley man was arrested on charges of petty larceny and criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree, both misdemeanors, on July 12 after police said he took a cell phone and iPod from someone’s car on Montauk Highway West in Hampton Bays.

• Elisandro Figueroa, 26, of Hampton Bays, was arrested on Saturday around 1:20 a.m. on charged with DWI. Police said they saw him break multiple traffic laws while driving on Montauk Highway East, near Canoe Place Road, in Hampton Bays. He was pulled over and police said he had an odor of alcohol on his breath and was unsteady on his feet, and later failed a pre-screen breath test.
