Thieves Boost Posh Rides from Dune Road Driveways
Anyone with information is asked to call police.
Three top-end cars were taken from the driveways of three Dune Road residences this week.
According to police, the cars stolen, included a blue, 2013 Mercedes Benz, which was taken in Quogue; a black, 2013 Mercedes Benz that was thieved in Westhampton Beach and a Porsche, which was snatched in West Hampton Dunes.
All of the cars, which were reported stolen between June 15 and 16, are valued at over $100,000.
Westhampton Beach, Quogue and New York State Police are investigating and could not say if any of the cars have been recovered.
Westhampton Beach police did, however, indicate that the car stolen in its jurisdiction was unlocked with the keys hidden in the car.
