Hampton Bays Man Arrested for July Robbery and Burglary

Southampton Police have arrested Corey Bourgard, 24, of Hampton Bays in connection with a robbery and a burglary that took place on July.
Police say they charged Bourgard with grand larceny and burglary, both felonies, for allegedly steeling 3,000 worth of items from a car parked in a driveway on Canoe Place Road on July 6 and for burglarizing a home on Huckleberry Lane in Hampton Bays on July 7.
Police say the homeowners reported that a number of electric items were taken from their home.

Bourgard is being held at police headquarters in Hampton Bays pending arraignment on Thursday morning.
