Quogue Village Police: Farmingville Man Charged with DWI

DWI
Andris Zutis, 53, of Farmingville was stopped by Quogue Village Police on Saturday at 6:58 p.m. on Quogue Street in Quogue and charged with DWI, a misdemeanor. Police said they stopped Zutis for speeding and illegally passing another car.

Unlicensed Operation
Tomas Algue-Tecum, 25, of Westhampton was stopped by Quogue Village Police Tuesday, September 20 at 9:20 p.m. on Montauk Highway in Quogue and charged with second-degree and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, both misdemeanors. Police said they stopped Algue-Tecum for having an obstructed windshield.

Victor Barrantes, 27, of Bay Shore was stopped by Quogue Village Police on Tuesday at 9:05 a.m. on County Road 104 in Quogue and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. Police said they stopped Barrantes for speeding.
