Quogue Village Police: 24-Year-Old Speonk Man Charged With DWI

The following information was supplied by the Quogue Village Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation and does not indicate guilt.

Reports for the week of August 23 through August 30:

Ryan Carr, 24, of Speonk was arrested by Quogue Village Police Saturday at 2:40 a.m. on Old Country Road in Quogue and charged with DWI and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, both misdemeanors. Police said Carr was stopped for speeding when police discovered he appeared intoxicated.
