Quogue Village Police arrest reports from Jan. 28 to Feb. 8.

Quogue Village Police charged a 22-year-old Speonk man with DWI after pulling him over on Jan. 27 on Montauk Highway for driving on the shoulder and unsafely changing lanes.

Upon investigation, police learned that Bryan Devito had been drinking and charged him with DWI. He was also charged with improper use of a lane, unsafe lane change, and driving on the shoulder.
