Quogue Police Log: Labor Day Weekend Arrests

• On Saturday, Quogue Police charged Gregory Mutelet, 39, of Westhampton Beach, with DWI, a misdemeanor. Police say they pulled Mutelet over at 3:20 a.m. on Montauk Highway for speeding.

• On Sunday at about 4:20 p.m. police said they charged Alexandra Sanchez, 24, of Elmhurst, with criminal posession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, a misdemeanor. Police say Sanchez was a passenger in a car on Dune Road. Upon investigation, police say they learned that she had in her possession a quantity of MDNA, also known as ecstasy. A second passenger in the car was also charged. Police say Matthew Pareja, 24, of Elmhurst, was slapped with a charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.

• On Monday at 5:50 a.m. police charged Thomas P. Davis IV, 22, of Ridge, with driving while ability impaired, combo drugs and alcohol, as well as DWI, both misdemeanors. He was additionally charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree, a misdemeanor. Police say he was initially stopped on Dune Road for failing to signal and dim his headlights charged.

• Also on Monday, police charged Shawn McCann, 23 of East Northport, with DWI, a misdemeanor and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. Police say McCann was pulled over on Dune Road at 6:25 p.m.
