The following information was supplied by the Quogue Village Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation and does not indicate guilt.
DWI's
• On June 30 at 3:01 a.m. police charged Regina, Grier, 49, of Bellport, with DWI, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was stopped on Montauk Highway for speeding and making an unsafe lane change.
• On July 4 at 2:10 a.m. police charged Coerte Felske, 53, of Quogue, with DWI, a misdemeanor. Felske was stopped on Quanaduck Lane for making an unsafe lane change.
• On July 6 at 7:55 p.m. police charged Jose Mejias, 28, of Long Beach, with DWI, a misdemeanor. Mejias was pulled over on Quogue Street for tailgating.
Drugs
• On June 25 at 1:07 a.m., police charged Johathan Flores-Maldonado, 21, of Westhampton Beach, with driving while ability by drugs, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, violation. He was stopped on Quogoneck Lane for failing to signal.
• On the June 29 at 5:25 a.m. police charged Jonathan Hodgdon, 21, of Mastic, with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor and for Criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, also a misdemeanor. Police said he was carrying heroin. He was pulled over on Quogue Street for speeding and having no inspection.
• On July 8 at 1:11 a.m. Sebastian Antonio, 18 of Westhampton Beach, was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. He was stopped on South Country Road for having a fractured windshield.
