Quogue Police Log: DWI Arrests

• On Sept. 6 at 11:27 p.m, Quogue police charged Joseph Albers, 45, of West Islip, with DWI, a misdemeanor. Albers was stopped initially for speeding on Dune Road. He was also charged with refusing a pre-screen test.

• On Sept. 8 at 2:35 a.m., police charged David Lacy, 44, of New York City, with DWI, a misdemeanor. He was stopped on Montauk Highway for speeding and failing to signal for a turn.

• On Sept. 9 at 2:17 a.m., police charged Jacqueline Burroso, 24, of Mannorville with DWI, a misdemanor. Burroso was initially stopped on Montauk Highway for failing to maintain her lane.

• On Sept. 11 at 12:05 a.m., police charged Kerry Donnelly, 32 of Centereach, with DWI, a misdemeanor. Police say Donnelly was pulled over on Montauk Highway for making an unsafe lane change and passing in a no passing zone and driving on the shoulder. She was also charged with having an expired insurance and refusing a pre-screen test.
