The following information was supplied by the Quogue Village Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation and does not indicate guilt.
• On Sept. 30 Quogue Police say they charged a Chicago man with DWI, a misdemeanor. Police say they pulled Mark Biggar, 27, over on Montauk Highway for passing in a no passing zone and making an unsafe lane change. Upon investigation, police say they found that Biggar had been drinking.
