Quogue Police Log: Chase Leads to Arrest

The following arrest information was supplied by the Quogue Village Police Department. It does not indicate guilt.

Quogue Village Police reports through April 10.

• Quogue police say that on April 8 at 4:30 a.m. a 30-year-old Westhampton Beach man led them on a short pursuit from County Route 104 to Old Country Road.

According to police, Boanerge Martin-Reyes fled because he had a prior felony aggravated unlicensed charge. After Martin-Reyes stopped, he was given eight summons by police, including fleeing from police, unsafe lane change, and speeding.  He was released on $1,000 cash bail.

• On April 7 at 1 a.m. Police charged Annie Regan, 19 of Kings Town, Rhode Island with DWI. Police say she was pulled over for driving on the shoulder of Montauk Highway.  She was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana as was her passenger, a 19-year-old, also from Rhode Island.
