Quogue Police Log: Burglary, Drug and DWAI Arrests

The following information was supplied by the Quogue Village Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation and does not indicate guilt.
DWAI
Quogue police have charged Janet Graham, 63, of East Quogue, with Driving While Ability Impaired, a violation on Feb. 2 at 3:20 a.m. Police said they initially pulled Graham over on Montauk Highway for impeding traffic and making an unsafe lane change. She has taken into custody and released.

Drugs
Quogue police nabbed a 23-year-old man of East Quogue and a 27-year-old woman from Flanders with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. Police said the pair were parked in a car on Beach Lane in Quogue on Jan. 29 at 2:20 a.m.

Burglary
Quogue police are investigating a burglary that was reported on Feb. 1 at 10:15 a.m. According to police, a home at 130 Jessup Avenue was burglarized sometime between Jan. 28 and Feb. 1. Taken was $3,000 worth of goods, including two Rangers Jerseys with signatures, a paintball gun and assorted paintball equipment, as well as an X-box system.
