Quogue Police Log: 34-Year-Old Stopped for DWI

A 34-year-old Farminville man was charged with DWI and DWAI on Sunday at 3:45 a.m.
According to Quogue Police, Carl Washington was stopped for speeding, passing in a no passing zone and for an unsafe lane change. Upon investigation, police say they found that Washington has been drinking and was also under the influence of drugs. Police say Washington had in his possession marijuana and was charged with unlawful possession.
Washington was arraigned and released on Monday.
