On Aug. 9 at 12:26 a.m. police charged Miguel Garcia, 62, of Westhampton Beach with DWI, a misdemeanor. Police say he was pulled over on Montauk Highway for changing lanes unsafely. He was arraigned the following day.

On Aug. 12 at 8:22 p.m., police charged Alex Sirico, 22 of Cutchogue with DWI, a misdemeanor. Police say they pulled Sirico over on Montauk Highway for passing in a no passing zone and for failure to wear a seatbelt. He was arraigned following morning.
On Aug. 14 at 9:34 p.m. police charged John Galbraith, 68 of New York, New York with DWI, a misdemeanor. Police say they stopped Galbraith on Dune Road for failure to dim his lights. He was arraigned the following morning.
