The following information was supplied by theQuogue Village Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation and does not indicate guilt.
On Oct. 18 at 1:45 a.m. Quogue Police on charged Paris Mullins, 24 of Brooklyn for DWAI, a misdemeanor. Police say they initially stopped Mullins on Quogue Street for having no tail lights. Mullins was also ticketed for having an obstructed windshield. He was arraigned the following morning.
