Quogue Police Log: 19-Year-Old Charged With DWAI

On Jan. 26 at 3:13 a.m. Quogue police charged Joseph Caggiano, 19 of Westhampton for driving while impaired by drugs and for possession of marijuana, a violation. Police say they pulled Caggiano over for failing to stop for a stop sign on Montauk Highway.
