The following information was supplied by the Quogue Village Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation and does not indicate guilt.
On Nov. 24 at 2:10 a.m. Quogue Village Police charged Philip William Holstein, 24 of Brooklyn, with DWI, a misdemeanor.
Police say they pulled Holstein over on Montauk Highway for improper use of a lane; failure to stop at a stop sign; and failing to signal a turn. Holstein was also cited for operating a vehicle without a license.
